Edgar Cayce's Prophecies of earth changes

Edgar Cayce (March 18, 1877 January 3, 1945), (the surname pronounced "Casey") is generally remembered as an American psychic who gave trance discourses on subjects like astrology, reincarnation, and Atlantis. He may have been the source for the idea that California would fall into the ocean (though he never said exactly this). Although Cayce lived before the emergence of the New Age movement, he remains a major influence on its teachings.

This popular image overlooks what to him were the more important strains within his work such as healing (the vast majority of his "readings" were given for people who were sick) or Christian theology (Cayce being a lifelong, devout member of the Disciples of Christ). Skeptics challenge Cayce's claim to psychic prowess, while conservative Christians doubt this and/or his orthodox

this is some his prophecies of earth changes:
1.Geographic alterations are coming for most of America. They will be experienced especially along the two coasts, but also in the central part of America.

2.New land will appear up out of the Atlantic and the Pacific. Other coastal areas that are currently dry land will become "the bed of the ocean."

3.These inundations won't be limited to America. Some of the battlefields of World War II(going on as this reading was given) will eventually be submerged places.

4.Affected portions of the east coast will include the NEW York city area. However, this will not happen as soon as many of these others, and will rather be in some other generation.

5.Much sooner than the changes along the northern Atlantic sea coast will be alterations along the south Atlantic. Portions of the Carolinas and Georgia will become permanently submerged.

6.The drainage basin for north central America will be altered so that waters from the Great Lakes  will empty  into the Mississippi River basin(and into the Gulf of Mexio) rather than via the St. Lawrence River

7.Severe changes for Los Angeles and San Francisco will happen well before any changes coming for NEW York.

8.Certain "safety lands" exist - places less vulnerable to the coming changes.Among these safety lands of North America are southeastern Virginia(e.g.,Virginia Beach, where Cayce's own reading had instructed him to move in the mid-1920s for reasons more complex than just potential eearth changes),Portions of Ohio,Indiana and Illinois, much of the southern and the eastern portions of Canada.
